Question # 1: Are the products that you sell brand
new with full manufacturer’s warranty?
Answer : Yes we sell brand new products with full manufacturer’s warranty. However,
we may also have products that are refurbished, and/or used , these products may
carry either third party or manufacturer warranty.
Applicable warranties are also mentioned in the product specifications.
Question # 2: Do you offer extended warranties?
Answer : Yes we do. Please feel free to contact us for more details.
Returning order
Question # 1: What is your return policy?
Answer : Most of our products are sold on special promotion prices. Returns will
only be accepted after you obtain a Returned Merchant Authorization (RMA) from our
Returns Department. We issue RMAs, if the product sold does not match the advertised
specifications or if the product sold is different than the one ordered. No charge
will be levied on such returns. All monies charged will be fully refunded to the
customer after receipt of product. Alternatively, appropriate product replacement
may also be done if the product is available and the customer desires replacement.
Special circumstances RMA: For
products that are returned with approved RMA for reasons other than above, a restocking
fee of 15% will be charged to the customer. If there is any item missing in the
returned product or if there is damage or deterioration in the condition of the
product returned, then an appropriate deduction for damages would be additionally
charged to the customer.
Question # 2: Why am I unable to log on to the
site?
Answer : Your account could be disabled because of an error or for some other specific
reason. Please post your question/problem in our "Contact us" section. Someone will
get back to you as soon as possible.
Order tracking/order status Question # 1: Do
you accept credit card?
Answer : Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
Shipping
Question # 1: Are your products insured during transit?
Answer : Yes, they are insured by FedEx.
Question # 2: What is your cut off time for shipment?
Answer : Monday thru Friday, all orders processed before 12 Noon are shipped the
same day.
Secure transaction
Question # 1: Do you share customer information with other vendors?
Answer : Your personal information, including credit card information, is safe and
secure with us. In fact, the entire critical personal data is encrypted and stored
in a secure database which is not even accessible to employees. Information about
our customers is never shared with or sold to any vendor or dealer. It is our corporate
obligation to respect your privacy.
